* Up to four complimentary tastings or glasses can be redeemed each visit (one per person maximum).
** A default selection of wines will be chosen if no customization is made online ahead of time. You will be notified by email 2-4 weeks in advance to make your custom wine selections.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Terms of Membership: Members receive up to 4 allocations per year. By joining, you agree to receive 3 quarterly allocations in exchange for Club Benefits. Meierstone Vineyards will charge the credit card on file approximately two weeks before the allocation date. Wine purchases are non-refundable. Allocations can be skipped at any time by notifying us before the processing date. Members that choose shipping understand there will be a shipping fee and an adult signature is required. Deliveries may be postponed due to weather or holidays. Members will be notified of any delays. Undeliverable shipments returned will be charged for reshipping, and if an order has been canceled or refused, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Membership is held by an individual. A secondary member listed on the form can also use the benefits included. To place your membership on hold or to cancel, please send an email to: info@meierstonevineyards.com. By joining our wine club, you understand that a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged if the membership is canceled before three allocations have been processed. Meierstone Vineyards reserves the right to change or update the Terms of Membership at any time without notice.
