2024 Solar Eclipse Spectacular!
We are excited you decided to join us for this once-in-a-lifetime viewing experience of the Total Solar Eclipse! We hope you enjoy your time relaxing and enjoying the Meierstone Ranch. Below you will find helpful tips, the schedule of events, and a map of the property for your reference.
*When entering the property, cars will check in at the gate. Please reference the name and/or email used to purchase the tickets. Everyone requires a ticket. If arriving in more than one car, please mention the name and/or email the tickets were purchased under.
After parking, please make your way to the check-in booth (map below). Your welcome bag includes:
- Boxed lunch ticket (1 per person) – you can pick up your lunch from 11am-1pm at the designated spot on the map included.
- Souvenir Eclipse wine glass
- Complimentary glass of wine ticket (1 per person) – please present your glass and ticket to the staff at the bar inside the tasting room to redeem.
- Official Solar Eclipse viewing glasses
- Complimentary bottle of water

- Wines by the Bottle – including the limited edition commemorative 2021 Eclipse Reserve Red Blend (only 200 bottles produced!)
- Afternoon BBQ Meal (served from 3:00-4:30pm)

- 9:00 AM – Gates Open
- 10:00-1:00 – Live Music by London Baileigh
- 11:00-1:00 PM – Eclipse Informational Video on loop in Tasting Room
- 11:00-1:00 – Box Lunch Station Open
- 12:15 Solar Eclipse Begins
- 1:20-40 Service, music, & sales are paused to appreciate the totality event
- 1:32 Totality Begins (lasts 4m 15 sec)
- 1:37 Totality Ends
- 2:56 pm Solar Eclipse Ends
- 3:00-4:30 BBQ Meal (purchase tickets at concession stand)
- 5:00 Last call for wine
- 6:00 PM – Gates Close
Rules:
- No refunds, the event will go on rain or shine.
- Only bottles of wine are available for purchase (no tasting flights or by the glass)
- Outside alcohol is NOT permitted
- Outside snacks/water are permitted
- Please be considerate and keep our grounds free and clear of trash! This is a working farm and ranch with grazing livestock.
- Pets are welcome but please keep them on leash and utilize our doggie stations placed around the property to pick up after them.
- Any vehicles not removed from the property by 6pm will be charged an additional fee.
HELPFUL TIPS:
- In the event credit card transactions are interrupted by poor reception, you may consider bringing cash for purchases.
- Lawn chairs, picnic blankets, and tents are highly encouraged. Limited indoor and outdoor seating is available on a first come first serve basis.
- We hope for great weather, but in the event of rain, please be prepared with an umbrella.
- Yard games are welcome!
- Please Do NOT attempt look at or near the sun without wearing protective eyewear! 🙂
